Hello! My name is Katie Cuellar, and I am the proud Founder and Owner of Chances and Dreams.

After years of leading operations for ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy clinics, I knew it was time to create something different—a clinic where children are celebrated, families feel supported, and learning happens through play.

Born and raised in Texas, I earned my certification in Medical Coding and Billing before receiving my Bachelor of Science in Finance, combining my passion for healthcare with strong business leadership.

As a hands-on owner and single mother of three amazing children, I understand the importance of finding a team you can trust. Being a mom has taught me patience, resilience, compassion, and the value of celebrating every milestone—lessons I carry into our clinic each day. I'm actively involved in the day-to-day operations, working alongside our team to ensure every child receives exceptional care and every family feels welcomed, supported, and heard.

I am honored to be a 2025 CR Unite Autism & IDD CARE Award recipient and to have volunteered at the 2026 Moms of Autism of Houston Autism Festival, where the Chances and Dreams team earned 2nd Place out of more than 70 vendors.

As a breast cancer warrior, I continue to lead with strength, gratitude, and purpose. My mission is simple—to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families by creating a place where every child is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential.

​Hello! My name is Zachery Wright, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly four years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and their families.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children across various settings, including clinics, schools, in-home services, and telehealth. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded, individualized approach to therapy while helping families navigate each step of their child's unique journey.

Originally from Ohio, I relocated to Texas in 2023. While I'm still getting used to the Texas heat, I've truly enjoyed exploring my new home, discovering scenic places, and becoming part of the community. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, making memories with my family, and enjoying life with our two Bernese Mountain dogs.

As the proud father of three children, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and responsibilities that come with raising a family. Being a parent has strengthened my passion for providing compassionate, family-centered care and has given me a deeper appreciation for the trust families place in those who care for their children. I believe the strongest outcomes happen when families and clinicians work together as one team. My passion is helping children build meaningful skills that foster greater independence, confidence, and success in their everyday lives. I strive to create individualized treatment plans that focus on each child's unique strengths while empowering families through collaboration, education, and evidence-based practices.

Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Chances and Dreams in Pearland, Texas.

I earned my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida A&M University in 2021. From the very beginning of my career, I knew my passion was working with children, and I have dedicated my professional journey to helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. I have extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and am passionate about providing individualized, family-centered care that helps every child reach their fullest potential.

At Chances and Dreams, I provide occupational therapy services while collaborating closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and families to support each child's independence and overall development. I also mentor and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure our families receive high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care.

My approach focuses on meeting each child where they are while encouraging growth through engaging, play-based therapy. Whether we're working on sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care, emotional regulation, or daily living skills, my goal is to help children become more confident and independent in their everyday lives.

As a former collegiate student-athlete, I bring dedication, perseverance, and teamwork into everything I do. I am also a Certified Infant Massage Coach (CIMC), allowing me to incorporate sensory-based techniques that promote regulation, bonding, and early childhood development.

Originally from Florida, I relocated to Houston in 2022 to begin my occupational therapy career. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, DIY projects, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
